What is FREE DROP and how do I get the rewards?

FREE DROP is a limited-time lobby event: a drop lands on your lobby screen, and you earn its rewards by watching event. It's completely free.

How it works. Each event you watch adds points, and points move you along a reward track. Reach a step's threshold and you can claim that step's reward. The progress bar and remaining time are shown on the drop.

The timer. The drop is available only until the timer runs out. When it does, the drop disappears from the lobby along with any rewards you didn't claim — so collect them as you go. If you claim everything before the timer ends, the drop stays showing "completed" until it expires.

If you already own the skin. Some steps give a skin. If it's already yours, you get silver instead — the step isn't skipped and nothing is lost. So if you expected a skin and got silver, that's why.

If the event button doesn't work. There's a daily limit on how many events count, once it's reached, the button waits until it resets (already-unlocked rewards stay claimable). Points can also arrive a moment late — a short "pending" is normal. A drop that starts while you're playing appears the next time you enter the lobby.
